Cet appartement de 40m2 se situe au rez-de-chaussée, et dispose d’une cuisine équipée avec salon, d’une chambre séparée, et d’une salle de douche privative avec accès depuis la chambre. Cet appartement ancien dispose d’une terrasse extérieure et bénéficie d’un environnement calme (en retrait de la rue).

Un parking souterrain payant est accessible à 1 minute à pied au tarif de 12,80€ les 24h. La première heure est gratuite.

La gare est à 10 minutes à pied.

Discover our charming apartment available from one night. Located in the center of Angers in Bressigny street and at less than 5 minutes walking from public transports ( bus and tramway ). This 40m2 accommodation is on ground floor and is composed by a kitchen, a living room, a separated room and a private shower room. It also have a little outdoor in a quiet environment (far from the street).

An underground paid parking is on the street, at a minute walk from the appartment and it cost 12.80€ per 24h, the first hour is free.
